Taj Mahal

Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight to Delhi. Overnight on board.

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Visit to the old part of Delhi, including the Red Fort (passing through), Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, Rajghat - Mahatma Gandhi's memorial, and a rickshaw ride down the silver street at Chandani Chowk. Later, visit Humayun's Tomb and New Delhi to include, Birla Mandir, Gurudwara bangla sahib, Qutab Minar, passing through India Gate and Government buildings. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure towards Agra. You will visit the majestic Taj Mahal, one of the most romantic buildings in the world which, famous for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty, is among man's proudest creations as a commemoration of his love (closed on Fridays). Later, visit the Agra Fort. The fort is truly a city within a city, embracing the Moti Masjid, the Diwan-I-Am (Hall of Public Audience), the Diwan-I-Khas (Hall of Private Audience), the Octagonal Tower, the Jahangir Palace and many more monuments. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure for Delhi. On the way we visit the ghost town of Fatehpur Sikri, part of the Mughal dynasty empire, built by Emperor Akbar in red stone. After visiting this architectural marvel, continue your journey to Delhi. Transfer to the airport. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight back to Portugal.
