SAFARI JAMBO - Sarova Lodges

Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight to Nairobi. Overnight on board.

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast. Departure by road to Aberdare. Arrival at the Aberdare Country Club hotel and lunch. Drive to the lodge in Aberdare in special vehicles and free afternoon at this lodge, the animal observatory. Dinner and accommodation.

Departure for Lake Nakuru. On the way, weather permitting, stop at Thomsom Falls. Lunch and afternoon safari at P.N. Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru is known for being one of the best places for bird watching, especially pelicans and flamingos. You will also be able to see several families of white rhinos that inhabit the area. Continue to the lodge. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, passing through the Rift Valley, the village of Mai Mahiu and the town of Narok. Arrival in Masai Mara around lunchtime. In the evening, safari through Kenya's most popular reserve. Dinner and accommodation.

Safari day in the Maasai Mara with the option of a full day's safari with picnic lunch, or a photographic safari in the morning and late afternoon, returning to the lodge for lunch. With more than 1500 km², a place of varied wildlife and eternal savannah landscapes, the Maasai Mara is the perfect place to enjoy a safari. Every year, between June and July, the great migration reaches the green pastures from Tanzania. You'll have the chance to spot the Big 5: lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards and rhinos. Dinner and accommodation.

Optional (not included): hot air balloon safari at sunrise or a visit to a Maasai village. 

Breakfast. Departure back to Nairobi. Arrival around midday and transfer for lunch at the famous "Carnivore" restaurant (subject to arrival or departure time from Nairobi). At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight back to Portugal. Night on board.
