Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight to Osaka. Overnight on board.

Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Free day to enjoy the city. Accommodation.

Breakfast. City tour including Osaka Castle. Departure for Nara, Japan's oldest capital. Visit Todaiji Temple with the Great Buddha "Daibutsu" and the Sacred Deer Park. Lunch at a local restaurant. Departure for Kyoto and visit to the Shinto shrine of Fushimi Inari, known for its thousands of torii. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Morning city tour, including Nijo Castle, which was the residence of the Tokugawa Shogun, with its delicate architecture and sober decoration, Kinkakuji Temple, built for the Shogun, also known as the "Golden Temple" due to the metal blades that cover it, and the Heian Shinto Shrine (does not include a visit to the garden). Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel on your own. Free day. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Transfer to Kyoto station and departure on the "Nozomi" bullet train, without a guide, to Nagoya. Arrive and visit the towns of Magome and Tsumago, using the old Nakasendo road. Short walk in the town of Magome. Continue to Tsumago, an old hostel village from the feudal era of the "Samurai". Visit the village to see the "Waki Honjin", the old samurai lodges. Picnic lunch. Continue to the city of Takayama, where we will visit Kami Sannomachi Street, with its traditional wooden houses that will transport us to traditional Japan. Dinner at the hotel and accommodation.

NOTE: The main luggage is sent directly from Kyoto to Tokyo, so you should pack a travel bag with what you need for the nights in Takayama and Hakone

Breakfast. Departure by road to Shirakawago. Arrive and visit this charming town, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous for its Gassho-zukuri houses. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Nagoya station for departure on the "Shinkansen" bullet train, without a guide, to Odawara. Arrival and transfer to hotel or ryokan in Hakone. Dinner at the hotel or ryokan and accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure to visit Hakone National Park, starting with a mini-cruise along Lake Ashi* and a cable car ride* up Mount Komagatake from where, weather permitting, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Mount Fuji. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Tokyo. Arrival and visit to Tokyo Tower. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation.

*Depending on weather conditions, visits may be replaced by others such as museums and/or temples. The panoramic visit to Mount Fuji will also depend on weather conditions.

Breakfast. Half-day tour of Tokyo, including the Buddhist Asakusa Kannon Temple, which can be reached via the lively Nakamise shopping street, the Meiji Shinto Shrine and the Ginza district. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel on your own. Free day. Accommodation.
