Breakfast at the hotel. The day begins with a visit to Wat Rong Khun White Temple, a contemporary Buddhist temple. Next, a visit to Wat Rong Suean Ten, known as the Blue Temple or Temple of the Dancing Tiger. This new Buddhist sanctuary is characterized by the play of colors between blue and yellow that decorates the entire building, and the white color that decorates the main Buddha figures. Mid-morning visit to the famous "Golden Triangle" located on the border between Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) and Laos, famous for its opium trade. The viewpoint offers a panoramic view of the three countries that are separated by a channel of one of the most famous rivers in Asia and the world, the Mekong River. Visit the Opium House museum to learn more about the opium market that marks the history of the region. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, departure for Chiang Mai. Arrival and visit to Wat Doi Suthep temple, the most important temple in the city, where you will have the opportunity to listen to Buddhist monks chanting. Continue to the hotel.
