Galveston is a coastal resort city on Galveston Island and Pelican Island in the U.S. state of Texas. The community of 208.3 square miles (539 km2), with its population of 47,762 people (2012 Census estimate), is the county seat and second-largest municipality of Galveston County. It is within Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area. Named after Bernardo de Gálvez y Madrid, Count of Gálvez (born in Macharaviaya, Spain), Galveston's first European settlements on the island were built around 1816 by French pirate Louis-Michel Aury to help the fledgling Republic of Mexico fight Spain. The Port of Galveston was established in 1825 by the Congress of Mexico following its independence from Spain. The city was the main port for the Texas Navy during the Texas Revolution, and later served as the capital of the Republic of Texas. During the 19th century, Galveston became a major U.S. commercial center and one of the largest ports in the United States. It was devastated by the 1900 Galveston Hurricane, whose effects included flooding and a storm surge. The natural disaster on the exposed barrier island is still ranked as the deadliest in United States history, with an estimated death toll of 6,000 to 12,000 people. Much of Galveston's economy is centered in the tourism, health care, shipping, and financial industries. The 84-acre (340,000 m2) University of Texas Medical Branch campus with an enrollment of more than 2,500 students is a major economic force of the city. Galveston is home to six historic districts containing one of the largest and historically significant collections of 19th-century buildings in the United States, with over 60 structures listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

ocho rios, jamaica
Arrival: 09:00 - Departure: 17:00
Ocho Rios is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the north coast of Jamaica. Ocho Rios is a major port of call for cruise ships. It's quieter than Montego Bay, though not as relaxed as Negril, and most of the tourist attractions lie in the surrounding countryside. Lush gardens, lazy rivers, cascades, and caves and are just some of the natural wonders of the area, and historic plantations nestle in the foothills.

Saint Croix is an island in the Caribbean Sea, and a county and constituent district of the United States Virgin Islands. St. Croix is the largest of the islands in the territory. However, the territory's capital, Charlotte Amalie, is located on Saint Thomas. St. Croix's nickname is "Twin City", for its two towns on opposite ends of the island, Frederiksted on the western end and Christiansted on the east. Frederiksted operates at a more relaxed pace than most of the island, and is more lively during Carnival in January and whenever visiting cruise ships are in port. Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve contains the only known site where members of a Columbus expedition set foot on what is now United States territory. The park also preserves prehistoric and colonial-era archeological sites including the only existent example of a ball court in the Caribbean. Buck Island Reef National Monument preserves a 71 ha island just north of St. Croix. This is a popular destination for snorkelers. .

Arrival: 07:00 - Departure: 16:00
San Juan, the capital of and largest city in Puerto Rico, was officially established in 1521, making it one of the oldest cities in all of the Americas. Being a United States territory, San Juan is a pretty unique place to visit in the Caribbean; the capital city offers all the comforts and amenities of any American city, but has still managed to retain a distinct Latin atmosphere and culture. The historic part of the city, Old San Juan, is among the oldest settlements within Puerto Rico full of colourful streets that have historical and cultural significance. As you stroll down the streets of Old San Juan, you can't help but be amazed at the five centuries of history that have been so beautifully preserved. One of the most famous monuments in Puerto Rico, El Morro, is a 16th century fort list with impressive towers and tunnels. Few cemeteries are as scenic as San Juan Cemetery. Lush and diverse, El Yunque Rainforest is a natural paradise. Puerto Rico is synonymous with great beaches. You’ll find many along San Juan's coast, soft sand and palm trees await you here. San Juan is a great mix of beach, history, great culture and nightlife. So, what are you waiting for?
