DAY 1 - MILAN / ARONA

Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Arona, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Dinner (for those arriving at the hotel before 7pm). Accommodation.

DAY 2 - ARONA / LAKE MAGGIORE / BORROMEAN ISLANDS / STRESA / ARONA (FULL BOARD)

Breakfast. Departure for the Borromean Islands. Embark in Arona to go to Isola Bella and visit the palace of the Borromean family, with its spectacular rooms, chandeliers and terraced gardens. Departure mid-morning for Isola dei Pescatori, the only inhabited island, with its narrow streets where time seems to have gone back centuries. Lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Isola Madre, where you will visit the magnificent gardens. Visit to the palace and free time in Stresa until you return to your hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 3 - ARONA / LAKE COMO / VARENA / BELLAGIO / VILLA CARLOTTA / COMO / ARONA (FULL BOARD)

Breakfast. Day dedicated to Lake Como, where we will arrive by bus via Tremezzo, where we will visit the gardens of Villa Carlotta. After lunch, departure by boat to Varenna, where we will have free time. Departure for Bellagio, located on the peninsula that divides the two arms of the lake, with its beautiful and typical terraced buildings. In the afternoon, return to Tremezzo to continue by bus to Como, where we will see the Duomo. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 4 - ARONA / LAKE GARDA / BERGAMO / SIRMIONE / ARONA (FULL BOARD)

Breakfast. Departure for Sirmione, whose lively life revolves around the castle of the Scala family. After lunch, departure for Bergamo, divided into lower and upper town, for a guided tour of the latter. Enclosed within its Venetian walls, it offers a large number of buildings of great artistic and historical value, such as the Duomo, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore or the Piazza del mercato delle Scarpe. Return to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.

DAY 5 - ARONA / ASCONA / LUGANO / ARONA (FULL BOARD)

Breakfast. Departure for Ascona, the famous vacation resort with its quirky buildings by the lake. After midday, departure for Lugano, the most famous city in Italian Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Ceresio, where, after lunch, you will visit the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, with its famous crucifixion. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 6 - ARONA / VILLA TARANTO / LAGO D'ORTA / ORTA SAN GIULIO / ARONA (FULL BOARD)

Breakfast. Departure for Verbania for a visit to Villa Taranto, a beautiful 16-hectare botanical garden. Lunch. In the afternoon, a visit to Lake Orta and a stroll around Orta San Giulio. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 7 - ARONA / MILAN / ARONA

Breakfast. Departure for the capital of Lombardy, Milan, for a tour of its historic center, with the Sforzesco castle, the Duomo square, the Vittorio Emmanuele galleries, the Scala, among others. Lunch and free time. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 8 - ARONA / MILAN / PORTUGAL

Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport to board the return flight.
