Day 1 Tunis / Gammarth

(20 km) Arrival at Tunis airport, formalize the rental contract, and depart for your Gammarth car. Accommodation

Day 2 Gammarth / Tunis / Gammarth (Half-board)

(50 km) Breakfast. Tunis is not only the country’s political capital and center of international events, but it is also home to one of the most interesting museums in the Middle East, the Bardo Museum. We recommend visiting Carthage, as well as ancient towns and medinas such as Sidi Bousaid and the Medina. Accommodation.

Day 3 Gammarth / Hammamet

(90 km) Breakfast. We leave the city and take the highway toward Hammamet. We recommend spending the day visiting Oudna, another Roman site located on the outskirts of Tunis, and then continuing to Zaghouan, following the water route and seeing the Water Temple, through which Carthage used to supply itself with water. At the end of the day, we will have enough time to explore the coastal city of Hammamet and visit its old and new medina. Accommodation.

Day 4 Hammamet / Kairouan

(120 km) Breakfast. Departure for a more inland area to visit the Islamic capital, Kairouan. The city contains one of the largest mosques in North Africa, a vast medina, basins from the time of Aghlabyd, and a local mausoleum where, if you are lucky, you may witness a religious event. Accommodation.

Day 5 Kairouan / Sousse

(140 km) Breakfast. Departure from Kairouan and return to the coast to the city of El Djem, which houses the second largest Roman Colosseum in the world after that of Rome. The city also has a beautiful museum located near an ancient Roman city. On the way back north, we have the option of stopping in Monastir, the home of Tunisia’s first president, where a mausoleum in his honor is located. At the end of the day, you will find yourself in the coastal city of Sousse, where you can visit the medina and marina and enjoy a cozy and relaxing end to the day at the Port of Kantaoui, near your hotel. Day 6 Sousse / Gammarth

(170 km) Breakfast. Spend the day enjoying the coastal city of Sousse or its beaches. Return to Gammarth and o Accommodation.

Day 7 Gammarth / Tunis

(20 km) Breakfast. Drive to Tunis airport. Arrival and return of the rental car.
