CHRISTMAS MARKETS OF MADRID

Day 1 Madrid

Arrival at Madrid airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. The city has several Christmas markets and we recommend taking advantage of your free time to find them. You can also take the opportunity to go shopping on your arrival. Accommodation.

Day 2 Madrid

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of Madrid: iconic sites such as the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens, and the Campo del Moro. You will also visit San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of the Paseo del Prado, the Toledo Bridge, the Prado Museum, and the Puerta de Alcalá. The tour ends in the historic Austrias neighborhood, perfect for strolling through its charming streets and local shops. Local lunch at a downtown restaurant. In the afternoon, discover the magic of Madrid's Christmas lights on a 3-hour private guided walking tour with a local guide. Accommodation. 

Day 3 Madrid / Toledo / Madrid

Breakfast. Departure for Toledo to enjoy a 3-hour tour of the city's main monuments, such as the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, and its medieval streets (visit to the Cathedral and Synagogue included). Once the walking tour is over, lunch at a restaurant in Toledo. Then, enjoy some free time on your own to continue exploring the city and, as night falls, meet up with your local guide to experience the city through dazzling Christmas lights, viewpoints, and charming corners perfect for unforgettable photos. Return to Madrid and accommodation.

Day 4 Madrid / Ávila / Segovia / Madrid

Breakfast. Departure for Ávila, birthplace of Saint Teresa of Jesus. The city invites you to walk along its walls and explore its charming streets and squares, famous for its intact XI century walls (entrance included), Romanesque churches, Gothic palaces, and XII century cathedral. At noon, continuation on to Segovia. Upon arrival, lunch at a traditional restaurant. Next, visit the city of Segovia, known for its Roman aqueduct and summer retreat of the Castilian kings. Explore its Gothic cathedral and fairytale Alcázar (entrance included). End this day trip with a stroll under the Christmas lights of Segovia before returning to Madrid. Arrival and accommodation.

Day 5 Madrid

Breakfast. Day free at leisure to enjoy the city. Accommodation. 

Day 6 Madrid 

Breakfast. At a time to be arranges locally, transfer to Madrid airport.
