Indicative itinerary subject to changes until departure date

Day 1 Osaka

Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure to enjoy the city. Accommodation.

Day 2 Osaka / Nara / Kyoto

Breakfast. City tour including Osaka Castle. Departure for Nara, the oldest capital of Japan. Visit to Todaiji Temple with the Great Buddha "Daibutsu" and the Sacred Deer Park. Lunch at local restaurant. Departure for Kyoto and visit to the Fushimi Inari Shinto Shrine, known for its thousands of "torii" or gateways. Accommodation.

Day 3 Kyoto

Breakfast. In the morning, city tour, including Nijo Castle, which was the residence of Shogun Tokugawa, with delicate architecture and sober decoration, Kinkakuji Temple, built for the Shogun, also known as "Golden Temple" due to the metal sheets that cover it, and the Heian Shinto Shrine (does not include entrance to the garden). Lunch at local restaurant. Return to the hotel on your own. Day at leisure. Accommodation.

Day 4 Kyoto

Breakfast. Day at leisure. We propose an (optional - not included) visit to Hiroshima and Miyajima. Accommodation.

Day 5 Kyoto / Nagoya / Magome / Tsumago / Takayama

Breakfast. Transfer to Kyoto station and departure on the "Nozomi" bullet train, without guide, to Nagoya. Arrival and visit to the towns of Magome and Tsumago, using the old Nakasendo road. Short walk in the town of Magome. Continuation to Tsumago, an old inn-village from the feudal era of the "Samurai." Visit to the village to see "Waki Honjin," old samurai inns. Picnic-style lunch. Continuation to the city of Takayama, to visit Kami Sannomachi street, which with its traditional wooden houses will transport us to traditional Japan. Dinner at the hotel and accommodation.

Day 6 Takayama / Shirakawago / Nagoya / Hakone

Breakfast. Departure by road to Shirakawago. Arrival and visit to this charming location, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its Gassho-zukuri houses. Lunch at local restaurant. Continuation to Nagoya station for departure on the "Shinkansen" bullet train, without guide, to Odawara. Arrival and transfer to the hotel or Ryokan in Hakone. Dinner at the hotel or Ryokan and accommodation.

NOTE: The main luggage is sent directly from Kyoto to Tokyo, so you should prepare a travel bag with necessities for the nights in Takayama and Hakone.

Day 7 Hakone / Tokyo

Breakfast. Departure to visit Hakone National Park starting with a mini-cruise on Lake Ashi* and cable car ride* to Mount Komagatake from which, if weather conditions are favorable, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to Tokyo. Arrival and visit to Tokyo Tower. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. *Depending on weather conditions, visits may be replaced by others such as museums and/or temples. Also, the panoramic view of Mount Fuji will depend on weather conditions.

Day 8 Tokyo

Breakfast. Half-day tour of Tokyo, including the Buddhist Temple of Asakusa Kannon, which is accessed through the lively commercial street "Nakamise," the Meiji Shinto Shrine and the Ginza district. Lunch at local restaurant. Return to the hotel on your own. Day at leisure. Accommodation.

Day 9 Tokyo

Breakfast. Day at leisure to enjoy the capital of Japan, a city that embodies like few in the world, the fusion between tradition and modernity. We suggest an (optional - not included) visit to Nikko with lunch included. Accommodation.

Day 10 Tokyo

Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport.

VERY IMPORTANT:

• On the 6th day, the main luggage is sent directly from Kyoto to Tokyo, so you should prepare a travel bag (up to 10 kgs) with necessities for the nights in Takayama and Hakone (one suitcase per person, supplement for extra suitcase paid at destination 4,000 Yen / suitcase).
• Visits may be altered due to traffic and weather conditions.
• Optional excursions to Hiroshima and Miyajima, and the Nikko excursion will be contracted before departure. Consult itinerary and price.
• The Standard category does not have double bed rooms, nor are these guaranteed in the Superior and Deluxe categories.
• Traffic congestion is expected from 29/04/26 to 06/05/26 and from 13/08/26 to 16/08/26 due to local festivities.
