Remarks
- On day 4, the main luggage is sent directly from Tokyo to Kyoto (one suitcase per person), so you will only have access to it once you arrive at the Kyoto hotel.
- On day 7, for the departure transfer to the airport, only one suitcase per person is allowed; supplement for extra suitcase to be paid at destination 1,000 yen / suitcase.
- In Japan, hotels have few double rooms (with 1 double bed). As a general rule, confirmed rooms will be twin (with 2 separate beds). Double rooms are not guaranteed.
VERY IMPORTANT
- The scheduled flights arrive at Narita Airport (Tokyo). If the arrival airport is Haneda (HND), we use a taxi instead of Airport Limousine Bus.
- There are no regular transfers for flights departing from Osaka (Itami/Kansai) before 06h30, so if the flight departure time is before 08h30, this transfer will have to be done by taxi. Check supplement.
- The optional excursions offered must be booked at least 25 days before departure; after this limit it is not possible and they cannot be booked at the destination. If the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 21 days before arrival, the optional excursions may be suspended.
