Costa Rica Clásica – Tour Regular

Day 1: San José

Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Check-in formalities and departure on flight to San José. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: San José / Tortuguero (Full board)

Very early departure to Tortuguero National Park. Breakfast during the journey near Guápiles and continuation to the boarding dock. Two-hour boat ride through the Tortuguero canals, with the opportunity to observe a wide variety of flora and fauna during the journey. Arrival at the lodge and lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the village and beach of Tortuguero. Dinner at the lodge.

Day 3: Tortuguero (Full board)

Breakfast. In the morning, free time to walk along the trails to appreciate the local flora and fauna. Return to the lodge. Lunch. In the afternoon, boat tour through the canals to explore the great diversity of exotic flowers, butterflies, caimans, iguanas, etc. Dinner.

Day 4: Tortuguero / Arenal (Half board)

Breakfast. Transfer to the dock and departure by boat to Guápiles. Arrival and lunch. Transfer to Arenal. Arrival and accommodation.

Day 5: Arenal

Breakfast. Free day. Optional excursions available. We suggest a horseback ride to La Fortuna waterfall or a visit to the hot springs. Accommodation.

Day 6: Arenal / Monteverde

Breakfast. Departure on regular transfer towards Monteverde, located in the north central mountain range. Accommodation.

Day 7: Monteverde

Breakfast. Free day. Optional excursions available. We suggest a guided visit to the Monteverde Reserve or a canopy tour and hanging bridges experience. Accommodation.

Day 8: Monteverde / San José

Breakfast. Departure on regular transfer to San José airport. Check-in formalities and departure. Night on board.

Day 9: Portugal

Arrival.
