Indicative itinerary for Friday departures - subject to changes until departure date
Day 1 Portugal / Aswan
Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Check-in formalities and departure on flight to Aswan. Arrival, visa procedures and transfer to the cruise. Free time to start discovering Egypt, a fun country with friendly people and tasty cuisine, as well as enriching for its impressive historical and cultural heritage. Dinner and accommodation on board.
Day 2 Aswan / Kom Ombo / Edfu
Breakfast. Optionally (not included), you can take a visit to the Abu Simbel temples. Visits in Aswan, with the unfinished obelisk and the great dam. Lunch and navigation to Kom Ombo. Visit to the double temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and Horus the Elder. Navigation to Edfu. Dinner and accommodation on board.
Day 3 Edfu / Esna / Luxor
Breakfast. Visit to the temple of Edfu, built by Ptolemy III in 235 BC. Its conservation and its solid slope-shaped facade stand out. It is dedicated to Horus, the Falcon god. Return to the boat. Lunch, passage through the Esna lock and navigation towards Luxor. Dinner and accommodation on board.
Day 4 Luxor / Valley of the Kings / Hatshepsut Temple / Colossi / Karnak / Cairo
Breakfast. Departure to the Valley of the Kings, where 62 pharaohs are buried on the west bank of the Nile. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, one of the most special and beautiful funerary monuments in the country, recognizable by its characteristic ramp staircase. On the return, pass by the Colossi of Memnon. Visit to the Temple of Luxor, built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II in the 18th century BC. The temple was connected to the Karnak temple by the famous Avenue of Sphinxes. Visit to Karnak with its impressive columns, obelisks and statues. Lunch on board. Free time. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for boarding flight to Cairo. Arrival, transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 5 Cairo / Giza / Cairo
Breakfast. Departure to Giza, on the outskirts of Cairo. Visit to the mythical pyramids and the Sphinx, the only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world that we can see today. Return to the hotel and free afternoon. Optionally (not included), after the visit to Giza, you can take a visit to Saqqara & Memphis. Accommodation.
Day 6 Cairo
Breakfast. Free days to enjoy the city. Optionally (not included), you can take a full day visit to Cairo. Accommodation.
Day 7 Cairo
Breakfast. Free days to enjoy the city. Optionally (not included), you can take a full day visit to Alexandria, one of the cities of the ancient world. Accommodation.
Day 8 Cairo / Portugal
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for boarding return flight. Arrival.

Breakfast. Disembarkation. Continuation of Aswan visits. Optionally (not included), you can take a visit to the Nubian Village. Free time. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for boarding flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
