39 apartments distributed in two-story terraced buildings (ground floor and first floor), recently renovated and restored, overlook the Capo Testa promontory and are located between 150 and 400 meters from the sea.

Located on the ground floor or first floor, all apartments offer sea views and are equipped with all comforts: independent entrance, washing machine, TV, fully equipped kitchenette, bedrooms with low beds, patio, balcony, or garden with outdoor table and chairs. The bathrooms, all renovated, feature shower cubicles, toilet, and bidet, with wall-mounted hairdryers.

The M-type apartments are located in the building closest to the sports facilities and nearest to the sea, and are excellently furnished and equipped with the most modern comforts. They are air-conditioned (for a fee). In the standard apartments, however, the pleasant natural ventilation of the area and the new fixtures keep the apartments fresh and well-ventilated.
